The car
About this car in Courmayeur
West of Aosta, two castles face each other across the valley: Saint-Pierre, a fairy-tale building of pointed towers on a rock, and Sarre, the royal hunting lodge of the House of Savoy, filled with ibex and chamois trophies. They are half an hour from Courmayeur.
The 4 Series Cabrio is a relaxed way to see them: a 218 hp diesel that goes a long way on a tank, four seats and a fabric roof for the valley road.
A car for the warm months: book it from June to October.
