The car

About this car in St. Moritz

Early starts are part of a ski week, and a V8 warming up under a hotel window at seven in the morning is not a way to make friends. The Cayenne E-Hybrid can leave in silence: on electric power alone it covers the short runs through the village and to the valley stations, with the petrol V6 joining only when needed.

On the passes the full 470 hp of the combined system is there, with all-wheel drive and winter tyres fitted, and the 545-litre boot takes a family's cases. Pastel grey outside and dark grey inside is a discreet combination.

Five seats, and the easiest car in the fleet to live with in a quiet valley.

  • Silent departures at seven in the morning
  • 470 hp and winter tyres for the passes
