To ensure a seamless and worry-free rental experience, comprehensive insurance coverage is included in the rental price. This coverage applies to the following circumstances:
- Third-party liability;
- Damage and theft protection: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) are included in the rental price. In the event of damage to the vehicle, the Customer's financial responsibility is limited exclusively to the amount of the applicable deductible.

Security Deposit
In order to rent a vehicle, the service provider will place a temporary authorization hold on the driver's credit card for an amount corresponding to the deductible applicable to the selected vehicle (which may vary depending on the car and is displayed as "Security Deposit" on each model page). This deposit also serves as protection in the event of non-compliance with contractual obligations.
The security deposit will be released immediately and in full upon return of the vehicle, provided that it is returned in proper condition and without damage.
Deposit Reduction Option
We offer an optional deposit reduction program that allows eligible drivers to reduce their security deposit by 50%.
How it works
- Pay an optional insurance fee equal to 10% of the original deposit amount
- The insurance cost is spread daily across your rental period
- Your security deposit is reduced by 50% (e.g., from €7,000 to €3,500)

Damage or Theft of the Vehicle
What happens in the event of total damage or theft of the vehicle?
In such cases, the Customer will only be charged the amount of the security deposit. No additional costs will be incurred beyond the deductible, as the remaining amount will be fully covered by the insurance policy.
What happens in the event of minor damage (e.g. scratches or superficial bodywork damage)?
The Customer will be responsible only for the actual cost required to repair the damage, up to a maximum of the deductible amount. The repair cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
For example, if the deductible is €3,000 and the assessed damage amounts to €150, the remaining balance of €2,850 will be refunded to the Customer.
Damage to Third Parties
Any damage caused to third parties is fully covered by the third-party liability insurance included in the rental price. The Customer will not be required to bear any additional financial responsibility for such events.
Cost Transparency Commitment
We operate under a strict cost transparency policy and expressly commit not to generate profit from vehicle damage repairs. All repairs are carried out exclusively by authorized and contracted repairers and technicians, who apply competitive market rates.
No margin is ever applied to repair costs.
