1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
• "IsyLuxe" or "We": LiveXenon S.r.l., Viale lido 7, 96012 Avola, Italy
• "Customer" or "You": the natural or legal person making the booking
• "Vehicle": the luxury car subject to rental
• "Rental Period": the agreed duration of the rental
• "Partner": the vehicle supplier affiliated with IsyLuxe
2. Service Description
IsyLuxe is a digital platform that facilitates luxury vehicle rentals through a network of selected partners across Europe. IsyLuxe acts as an intermediary between the Customer and the vehicle supplier Partners.
3. Rental Requirements
To rent a vehicle through IsyLuxe, the Customer must:
• Be at least 21 years old (25 for certain vehicle categories)
• Hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years
• Present a valid ID document
• Have a credit card for the security deposit
• Have no history of vehicle theft or fraud
4. Booking and Payment
• Bookings are made online through the IsyLuxe platform
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• The security deposit is held on the credit card at pickup
• Prices include third-party liability insurance and mileage as specified
5. Cancellation and Refunds
• Free cancellation up to 5 days before pickup
• Cancellation 3-5 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund
• In case of no-show: no refund
• IsyLuxe reserves the right to cancel for force majeure with full refund
6. Pickup and Return
• Pickup takes place at the agreed location at the scheduled time
• Document verification and rental contract signing are required
• The vehicle must be returned in the condition it was collected
• Late returns incur extra charges
• Home delivery and collection are subject to additional costs
7. Vehicle Use
The Customer agrees to:
• Use the vehicle exclusively for legitimate personal use
• Not exceed speed limits and comply with traffic laws
• Not use the vehicle on racetracks or off-road
• Not transport dangerous or illegal goods
• Not sublet or transfer use of the vehicle to third parties
• Immediately report any accident or damage
8. Insurance and Liability
• All vehicles are covered by third-party liability insurance
• Standard excess is indicated for each vehicle
• Excess can be reduced with additional coverage
• The Customer is liable for damage caused by negligence or breach of terms
• Damage to tyres, wheels, interior and underbody are not covered by basic insurance

9. Mileage
• Included mileage is specified for each booking
• Extra kilometres are charged according to indicated rates
• Additional mileage packages are available
• Unlimited mileage is available for some categories
10. Security Deposit
• Deposit amount varies by vehicle (shown during booking)
• Deposit is held on credit card at pickup
• Release occurs immediately upon return, it may take 7-14 days for your bank to process it
• Any charges for damage or shortages will be deducted from the deposit
11. Geographic Restrictions
• Vehicle use may be limited to certain countries
• Foreign travel must be communicated and authorised in advance
• Some vehicles may have ferry transport restrictions
• Travel to unauthorised countries voids insurance coverage
12. Changes and Modifications
• Booking changes are subject to availability
• Any price differences will be charged or refunded
• IsyLuxe reserves the right to provide an equivalent or superior vehicle if unavailable
13. Customer Protection
IsyLuxe offers a comprehensive Customer Protection program to ensure the best rental experience:
• Best Online Price Guarantee: if you find the same vehicle at a lower price within 24 hours of booking, we'll refund the difference
• Match Guarantee: the delivered vehicle will exactly match the one booked
• 24/7 Premium Support: dedicated assistance throughout your rental period
• Service Failure Refund: if we don't meet our standards, you're entitled to a refund

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer forum where applicable.
