The car

About this car in St. Moritz

At the top of the Bernina pass, Lago Bianco earns its name: the glacial water is milky and pale, almost chalky in colour against the dark rock. It is one of the strangest and most beautiful sights on any Alpine road, and it is fifteen minutes from the village.

Chalk is a fitting colour to bring there. Porsche's muted, almost matte-looking white suits the landscape of the pass, and the GTS underneath is the new 541 hp T-Hybrid, sharp and immediate at 2,300 metres. With the roof down, the cool air of the pass comes straight into the cabin.

Rear-wheel drive and summer tyres make it a June-to-October car. Four seats and a fabric hood.

  • Chalk paint and the new GTS
