The car
BMW X7 40d M Sport Pro: a 352 hp 3.0-litre straight-six diesel, automatic gearbox, 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds and a 245 km/h top speed. Seven seats and a boot that, with the third row folded, takes five medium suitcases and three small ones. The M Sport Pro package adds larger wheels, black details and M brakes.
It is the SUV we recommend for groups: a work team on a trip, an extended family on holiday, the luxury shuttle to and from Paris airport for a delegation. A six-cylinder diesel and a large tank mean few stops even towards Switzerland.
