About this car in Porto Cervo
The SS131 runs the length of Sardinia from Olbia through the interior to Cagliari, and it is not a coast road: long sightlines, sparse traffic, and a surface far better than the island's reputation suggests. It is the one route here that makes 630 hp and 305 km/h relevant rather than decorative.
Back on the Costa Smeralda the same car is an estate with 565 litres, five seats and no interest in being noticed in Mythos Black, which is the balance that makes an RS6 worth renting for a fortnight rather than a weekend.

- The SS131 is where 630 hp stops being decorative
- 565 litres and five seats the rest of the time
