The car
BMW X7 40d M Sport Pro in grey: same mechanicals as its black twin, a 352 hp 3.0-litre straight-six diesel, automatic gearbox, 0-100 km/h in 5.9 seconds, 245 km/h, seven seats and room for five medium suitcases and three small ones. Grey is more discreet than black and hides the dust of a long journey better.
It is the X7 chosen by families and groups who want an elegant car but not a ceremonial one: holidays in the Austrian Alps, seaside weekends in Istria, transfers with grandparents and children where seven seats are genuinely needed.

It hardly ever snows in Dubai and lows stay above freezing: here you choose an SUV for space, luggage and comfort, not for traction.
