About this car in Courmayeur
The Bataille des Reines is the Aosta Valley's own contest: cows of the local breed, not bulls, locking horns to decide who leads the herd, in rounds held in village arenas from spring to autumn, with the final in Aosta in October. It is a real, much-loved tradition.
The Roma Spider is an unexpectedly good car for an autumn day there: roof down in the October sun, a 620 hp V8, two seats and room for two medium cases and a small one.
Rear-wheel drive: a car for June to October.
