About this car in Milan
The LP580-2 is the Huracán that enthusiasts argue is the best one: less power than the EVO at 580 hp, but drive going only to the rear wheels, a softer front end and a car that moves under you instead of simply gripping. It is the version people rent when they have already driven a fast Lamborghini and want a more interesting one.
That makes it a Sunday car rather than a city car. The roads above Lecco and Bellagio, or the run out to the Franciacorta, are where the difference shows; Milanese traffic is not.
Tell us where and when, and the car is brought to you. The naturally aspirated V10 is the same engine family as the EVO cars — no turbochargers, all sound.

Drives from Milan, the best months and when to book
Suited to this car
- Lake Como (about 50 km from Milan): From Como along the western shore to Cernobbio, Tremezzo and Menaggio, then the car ferry across to Bellagio or Varenna.
- St. Moritz over the Maloja pass (about 180 km from Milan): Via Chiavenna and the Maloja hairpins, open all year, to the Engadine lakes; in Switzerland the motorway vignette is only needed if you use the motorway.
- The Stelvio pass (about 220 km from Milan): Up the Valtellina to Bormio and the hairpins of the Stelvio, at 2,757 metres: the pass is open only from late spring to autumn.
Best months for this car
In Milan the tarmac is rarely warm and dry: the most suitable months are February–November. In December–January cold tarmac reduces the grip of performance tyres: drive with a margin.
