About this car in Barcelona

Groups move around Barcelona all year: delegations heading to Fira Gran Via during Mobile World Congress, wedding parties on the coast, families stepping off a cruise ship at the Port de Barcelona. The V-Class Extralong takes eight people and, thanks to its long wheelbase, up to 1,410 litres of luggage with the seats in use, so one vehicle replaces two taxis and a van.

For day trips it keeps the group together. Montserrat, an hour to the north-west, is a classic outing with the whole family; the Penedès wineries around Sant Sadurní d'Anoia welcome groups for cava tastings, ideally with a designated driver; Sitges is close enough for a long lunch by the sea. The 190 hp diesel and automatic gearbox are smooth and economical on motorways limited to 120 km/h.

It is a long vehicle, so in the old town and the Eixample plan drop-off points rather than parking, and ask us about ZBE registration before entering the area inside the Rondes. Winter tyres are fitted in the cold season, useful for a group trip to the Cerdanya slopes. Delivery to El Prat, Sants, the cruise port or your hotel is arranged when you book, with insurance and 24/7 assistance.
