About this car in Zurich
Davos, the highest town in Europe at over 1,500 metres, is about two hours from Zurich through the Prättigau, and beyond the World Economic Forum it is a great ski town, with the Parsenn and the Jakobshorn, and a Kirchner museum devoted to the painter who lived there.
For regular trips to Davos, the Q8's diesel V6 is ideal: 286 hp, quiet on the motorway along the Walensee and frugal enough for a weekly return journey. Quattro traction and snow tyres take care of the Prättigau climb, and the boot, 605 litres, swallows skis and boots for a family.
Mythos Black paint, five seats.

- The Rhine Falls and Stein am Rhein (about 45 km from Zurich): North towards Schaffhausen, the Rhine Falls at Neuhausen and then, along the river, the painted medieval town of Stein am Rhein.
- Over the Julier to St. Moritz (about 200 km from Zurich): The motorway to Chur, then the Julier pass, open all year, into the Engadine: in winter you need winter tyres, ideally with four-wheel drive.
