The car
About this car in Saint-Tropez
The X6 is the SUV bought for its shape rather than its tailgate, and on a peninsula where a large part of the day is spent being looked at from a terrace that is a defensible priority. 625 hp from the twin-turbo V8, 3.9 seconds to 100 km/h, five seats.
The sloping roof costs luggage space, which matters here more than in a city: the Nice run is two hours and people arrive with a fortnight of cases. If that is the week's main job, the X5 M carries more.
Arranged before arrival: the car travels.
