The car
About this car in Nice
This is the straightforward Sport: 250 hp from the 3.0 diesel, five seats, room for three medium cases and a small one, and running costs low enough to make a three-week rental on this coast reasonable rather than theoretical.
It does the daily pattern without any drama — the school-less mornings on the beach at Villeneuve-Loubet, the airport, the hill road home — and then handles the unpaved approach to a house above Le Bar-sur-Loup at the end of it.
Delivered in Nice on a date agreed in advance.
- Diesel economy for a long summer booking
- Coast in the morning, unpaved hill road in the evening
