The car
About this car in Porto Cervo
Three hundred were built. It has 407 hp from the only five-cylinder engine in production, a 300 km/h top speed that no hatchback has any business having, and a price that is a rounding error next to the tenders tied up in the marina.
That combination has a particular appeal here, where value is displayed rather than discussed: this is the car that the people who actually know cars walk over to, and nobody else notices at all.
It is also the practical choice — five seats, quattro traction for the gravel villa drives, and small enough for the lanes down to the beaches. Shipped by ferry for your dates.
