Beyond Arabba, the Passo Pordoi climbs to 2,239 metres on a long ladder of hairpins under the walls of the Sella, and at the top a cable car rises to the Sass Pordoi, the terrace of the Dolomites. It is about an hour and a quarter from Cortina over the Falzarego.

The high passes are best from June to October.
