Maserati is an Italian choice for an Italian region. The Maserati GranCabrio Trofeo 2026 is a four-seat convertible for the Chiantigiana in spring and autumn, or for summer evenings on the Versilia coast after a morning on the walls of Lucca. The Maserati GranCabrio Old White has a more classic character, perfect for arriving at a villa wedding in the hills around Florence or for a sunset run up to Fiesole.

Discover Florence
The electric Maserati GranTurismo Folgore suits travellers who want silence among the vineyards: it glides through Greve and Panzano and has the power for the motorway link to Siena. For families or rougher surfaces, the Maserati Grecale GT seats five and copes with the gravel roads to estates in the Val d'Orcia, around Pienza and Montalcino.
Before you set off, note that Florence's historic centre is a ZTL controlled by cameras: a registered hotel garage avoids fines. Motorways are tolled at barriers, and dipped headlights are compulsory outside towns by day. We hand over the exact Maserati you booked at Firenze Peretola, Pisa airport, Santa Maria Novella or your hotel.

Driving a luxury car in Florence: what to know
- The whole centre inside the viali is a camera-controlled ZTL. Hotels inside it can register a guest's plate for access to their own garage: ask yours before you arrive.
- Most historic centres are ZTL limited-traffic zones watched by cameras: driving in without a permit means a fine that arrives weeks later. Give us the address and we will confirm where the car can reach.
- Speed limits: 130 km/h on motorways (110 in rain), 110 on dual carriageways, 90 on other roads outside towns, 50 in town.
- Motorways are tolled at barriers (cards and cash; Telepass lanes are for devices only). Outside built-up areas dipped headlights are compulsory by day too.
- From 15 November to 15 April, signed roads require winter tyres or chains on board — this covers most Alpine and Apennine roads.
Information checked in September 2026. Local rules change: always follow the road signs.
